We're looking for exceptional people.
You will lead a residential or cultural project from competition through site, working directly with one of the partners. We expect rigor in detailing, fluency in masonry and timber construction, and a willingness to walk a quarry as readily as a CAD file.
Day-to-day stewardship of two to three projects, in conversation with the senior team. The work is patient: drawing sets, contractor coordination, mockups in the workshop, sample reviews on site.
You will run our visualization practice — half image-making, half storytelling. The work touches every project at competition stage and follows a few through to publication. We care about light, atmosphere, and restraint above polish.
You will live on the site half of the week. The other half is at the studio, keeping drawings honest. Your job is to make sure the brick that lands on the plot is the brick that was specified in the model.
You will own the interior palette across two residential projects per year. The role is part research, part procurement, part construction supervision. We expect you to maintain the studio's material library and know each supplier by name.
A paid six-month placement for a student in their fourth or fifth year. You will sit with a project pod, draw, build models, and travel to at least one site. We host two interns per cycle and expect them to leave with their best portfolio piece.
