§ 01 — Who we are
Who we are
New World Architecture Studio is an architecture practice registered in Greece, operating from [STUDIO_ADDRESS]. For anything related to your personal data, write to privacy@newworldarchitecture.gr. We act as the data controller for all the personal data described below.
§ 02 — What we collect
What we collect
We try to collect as little as possible. In practice, that is:
- Contact form submissions via /studio/contact: the name and email you provide, plus the message you write. Nothing else.
- Job applications via /studio/join: your name, email, and any CV or portfolio link you choose to share.
- Aggregate analytics (only if you opted in): cookieless page-view counts via Vercel Web Analytics — page paths, approximate country, device class. No personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking, no cookies.
§ 03 — Why we collect it
Why we collect it
- Contact inquiries — to reply to you. Legal basis: legitimate interest (responding to someone who wrote to us) and your consent in submitting the form.
- Job applications — to review and potentially hire you. Legal basis: your consent and contract pre-formation.
- Analytics — to understand which work resonates and where to invest editorial energy. Legal basis: your explicit consent. If you decline, nothing is sent.
§ 04 — How long we keep it
How long we keep it
- Contact inquiries: 24 months from the date you reach out.
- Job applications: 12 months unless you are hired (then employment records apply).
- Analytics: 13 months in aggregate (Vercel default), then auto-deleted.
§ 05 — Who we share it with
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We do not run third-party advertising. We use a small set of vetted processors to host and deliver the site:
- Vercel (United States) — hosting and analytics infrastructure. Transfers covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Sanity (United States) — content management and image CDN. Same framework.
- Google Workspace (United States) — studio email. Same framework.
That is the full list. Anything else would require an update here and, where consent is the legal basis, a fresh prompt.
§ 06 — Your rights
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Have it corrected if it is wrong.
- Have it deleted (the “right to be forgotten”).
- Ask us to restrict how we process it.
- Receive it in a portable format.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Withdraw consent at any time — for analytics, do this from the footer cookie-preferences link.
- Lodge a complaint with the Greek data-protection authority — the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
To exercise any of these, email privacy@newworldarchitecture.gr. We answer within 30 days — usually much sooner.
§ 07 — How to contact us
How to contact us
For privacy questions: email privacy@newworldarchitecture.gr. For everything else: [STUDIO_ADDRESS].
§ 08 — Updates
Updates
When this policy materially changes — say, if we add a new processor or a new category of data — we will revise the date at the top of this page and surface a short banner on the next visit so you can re-read it. Minor wording fixes do not trigger a banner.
